Questions
Do I need to set up templates or rules?
No. Toss in your first email and WebLM works out what kind it is and which columns to keep. Want something specific? Say it in plain words, like "guest name, check-in date, payout". It keeps working when the email layout changes.
What happens to my emails?
They're used only to pull out the details you asked for. Your emails are never used to train AI models, and you can delete your data at any time. The full privacy policy will be published before launch.
Does it read attachments like PDFs?
Yes. PDF and image attachments are read along with the email itself.
Where can the rows go?
Google Sheets, WebLM's own sheets, CSV download and webhooks at launch. Excel, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Zapier and Make come next, in the order people ask for them.
How do I forward emails automatically?
Set a filter in Gmail or a rule in Outlook once, for example "emails from the booking platform go to rentals@in.weblm.dev". After that you don't touch it.
